Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

TuAgreement is a platform that automates the creation of Learning Agreement drafts for students in the Erasmus+ programme. The service uses artificial intelligence (Gemini 2.0 Flash) to analyze subjects from your home university, search for equivalencies at the host university, and generate a document with validation proposals and academic justifications.

2. Advisory Nature of Results

Important notice

The Learning Agreement generated by TuAgreement is an advisory draft. It does not constitute an official document and requires review and approval from your academic coordinator and/or your university's international relations office. TuAgreement does not guarantee that the proposed equivalencies will be accepted by your university.

Artificial intelligence may make errors in identifying equivalent subjects. It is your responsibility to verify the proposals before submitting them officially.

3. Prices and Payments

  • First destination: €15.00 (VAT included).
  • Each additional destination: €5.00 (VAT included).

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TuAgreement does not store credit card or banking information on its servers.

Prices may change at any time. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of placing the order.

4. Refund Policy

Since the service runs automatically and immediately after payment:

  • If the system generates no results (technical error, timeout, or service failure): full refund.
  • If the results are incorrect or unsatisfactory: we offer a free revision. If after the revision you remain unsatisfied, we will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you simply change your mind after receiving the results: no refunds, as the service has already been provided.

To request a refund, contact us at tuagreement@gmail.com indicating your request ID.

4a. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as this is a digital service that begins executing immediately upon payment confirmation, the 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded.

By confirming your order, you expressly agree that the service begins to be executed immediately and you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully executed.

This waiver is requested explicitly during the payment process via an acceptance checkbox.

5. Revision Guarantee

If your coordinator rejects any of the proposed equivalencies, you can request a free revision. We will modify the rejected subjects and strengthen the justifications at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid for 60 days from the generation of the document.

6. Limitation of Liability

TuAgreement is not responsible for:

  • The acceptance or rejection of the Learning Agreement by your university.
  • Errors in the equivalencies suggested by artificial intelligence.
  • Academic, financial, or other losses arising from the use of the generated document.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.
  • The accuracy or availability of academic information obtained from external sources (university websites).

In any case, TuAgreement's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. User Obligations

By using TuAgreement, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information about your subjects and universities.
  • Verify the proposed equivalencies before submitting them officially.
  • Not use the service for fraudulent purposes or contrary to academic regulations.
  • Not attempt to access other users' data or manipulate the system.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, code, texts, logos, and TuAgreement brand are the property of their owners. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

The generated Learning Agreement is a document created for your personal use. You may use, modify, and share it freely in the context of your Erasmus process.

9. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service in whole or in part at any time. We may also update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.

11. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from the use of TuAgreement, we will attempt to resolve them amicably. If not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, with Spanish law and European Union consumer protection regulations applicable.
