TuAgreement uses browser localStorage to temporarily save form data while you complete your request. This prevents you from losing information if you navigate between steps. Stored data includes:

• easyla_personal — Name, email, and home university.
• easyla_destinations — Host universities and selected subjects.
• easyla_cookies_accepted — Record of cookie banner acceptance.
• easyla_lang — Your language preference (ES or EN).

This data is stored only in your browser and is deleted automatically when you close the form or submit the request. It is not transmitted to third parties.

2.2. Tawk.to Cookies — Support Chat

We use Tawk.to for live support chat. This service installs its own cookies to:

• Identify your chat session.
• Remember previous conversations.
• Function correctly as a chat widget.

2.3. Stripe Cookies — Payments

When you access the payment page, Stripe may install necessary cookies to:

• Process payment securely.
• Prevent fraud.
• Comply with PCI DSS regulations.

These cookies are strictly necessary to complete the transaction and cannot be disabled if you wish to make a payment.

3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

TuAgreement does not use:

• Social media cookies (Facebook Pixel, etc.).
• Cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings:

• Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
• Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
• Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
• Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

To clear TuAgreement's localStorage data, you can use your browser's developer tools (F12 > Application > Local Storage) or simply clear site data for tuagreement.es.

Note: If you disable Stripe cookies, you will not be able to complete payment. If you disable Tawk.to cookies, the support chat will not work correctly.

This policy may be updated if we incorporate new tools or services that use cookies. We will publish the updated version on this page.
